- Persistant xenophobia, racism or personal abuse directed at other forum member, except in the off-topic forum."
Is listed as inappropriate and that:
"If you "troll" or are abusive in any of the non-off-topic forums, you will be banned for one week without warning. If you continue to violate forum rules after your returning, we may permanently ban you at our own discretion."
