Yep, know the area, it"s about an hour from where I currently work.

Kumomoto was my first choice as fancied somewhere in the south and
it sounds like a nice area, lots of outdoor things to do.

Who"s going to the reception on Thursday in London?

Does anyone have any idea when we"ll hear from our schools,
apparently we can only make contact with the current JET once we"ve
signed our contracts.

Out of interest, why did you choose Kumamoto as your first
choice?
Have you spent time there before? I chose Kansai, Kanto and
Hokkaido
as my choices and was a little suprised when I found out I was
going
to Kumamoto! I used to live near Osaka a long time ago but never
ventured down to Kyushu when I was in Japan - so this is going to
be
a real adventure!

near Tokyo.

which induction are you attending in London? I"m going to the
6th
and 7th.
