I'm going to be making a little website to collect online resources for my students. I was wondering if anyone knew of some good online games (pretty flash ones are even better) or any other resources for ESL students. I've found a few things already, but I'd like to collect more. I'm looking for things that are easy enough for students to understand.

Right, before you shoot me down, I'm well aware that most of my students don't really give a damn and this thing will fall by the wayside VERY quickly (and besides that, the teachers may not even let me give students a website address...), but at least putting it together will give me something to do this week.

Also, if there's already a thread like this, just let me know. I looked around a bit, but didn't see anything. Google was also yeilding a ridiculous mish-mash of bad sites with lots of ads or English that would be completely impossible for a student to navigate.

I feel bad that I have not responded to this. I blame the relocation of the lesson planning thread from the top where it is visible whenever I return to the main forum.

A good resource for vocab building with a lot of levels is http://smart.fm

I have another university website resource that I cant find at this second but I'll post that too if I can find it.

Hey, thanks! Those look good.

I guess I might as well post the stuff that I've come up with on my own. Some of them are obvious, other ones were kind of random finds. Not all of them are fantastic, and a lot of them will scare the crud out of my students because of the amount of English on them (or in one case, Korean... lol).
