This might be abusing my powers as forum member, but I'm working on translating a text for my thesis and I could use some help.

The phrase I'm having trouble with is
ちっちゃくまとまらず
Which means small and then unifying, maybe? Here it is in context:

全国のママ、ちっちゃくまとまらず、余裕のある素敵なママになろ!

If you help I will give you so many internets! All of them!

Methinks it's along the lines of...

"A nation, by avoiding organization into small parts, will become a great "mother" whom gives her citizens room to breath.

A good try but so off! I probably should've given some more context- it comes at the end of a novella about bullying between mother's groups.

Apparently it translates to something along the lines of

To all the mothers in Japan, don't sweat the small stuff. Let's become relaxed, wonderful mothers!

Yea, your Japanese is like a bazillion times better than mine. I feel like I've wasted the last four years of my life.

Holy Christ, yeah a little more background would have been nice. I figured it being a thesis or something on internal policy or something! Of course, I did read the last ろ as る which further added to the confusion...

But still, thanks so much for the help.

And it's not my Japanese skills at work here, I just found a native speaker to help with the translation.

Hijacking thread for translation help. Got this E-mail today:

BOE lady:
いろいろと ごめんなさい
もうすぐですね まってますよ
えいごが わかる人が いるから
安心して きてくださいね
まってます(*^_^*)

My possible translation:
"Sorry for the various shit we've dropped the ball on over the past few weeks,
You'll be here soon, huh? We're waiting, yeahhh.
You've been relieved by the English-understanding person. Please come!
We're waiting."

...What? Right? Am I missing anything important here?

well I'll give this my best shot:

I'm sorry for everything that's happened (no idea what she's referring to).
You'll be here so soon! We're all awaiting you.
We have someone who understands English, so please relax and come see us.
We're waiting for you (*^_^*)

might as well ask for a translation while i'm here...

叶えてしまうようをで

a direct translation (word for word) would be something like

granting (of wish)/ (happened and was regretted)/ way/how (something happened/ (を)/ (で)

any ideas as to how the heck this is supposed to go? anyone? that would be AWESOME.

...nota bene: it's part of a song I'm trying to translate, so the (をで) part may or may not actually be what they seem ^_^u)
