I'm planning on seeing some other asian countries whilst I'm in Japan, so I thinking I may need a few vaccine jabs. Do you think it's better to get them done here, or there, and which do you think is cheaper?

Get them here. At Kaiser, I go to the "Travel Shots" department, tell them where I am going and they shot me up.

It is all covered by medical insurance, and I totally trust that they are legit and everything.

Do it here while you speak the language, can fully communicate your needs, and you know the needles are clean.

I agree with Starnia. Get it done when you have a clue what they are pumping into you.
