1. What's you workout routine?
2. Where do you workout and how often?
3. How have your gainz been?
4. What is your diet like? Do you do anything like intermittent fasting or keto?
5. What supps do you take? What do you think are a waste of money?

7. What are the hardest parts of staying in shape in Japan?

My routine is all about working my guns. Best part, I don't even need a gym.

I just go to the bar and order a beer. Sadly, I sorta plateaued at Japanese standard, and there's nowhere around with the right kit to do pints or pitchers.

I've been jogging. I do weights once a week, but I'm trying to get that up to twice a week. We'll see what happens from there.
