Due to an overzelous furikomi, and an unprecedentedly expensive month, I need to reinfuse my J-bank with clams from Bank of America in IL before the week is up.
BoA gave me a list of information to acquire before the operation. Fukuoka Bank was able to provide me with all of it EXCEPT the bank number (銀行コード), which doesn't seem to exist. Anyone else been through this? Do I need to continue pestering them for the mythical bank code, or will the SWIFT no, acct no., branch code, etc. be enough?

Opened the account online a few months back, so the ATM card is in America. Getting it sent lickity split would maybe be cheaper though, and better in the long run.

I will, if possible, and either way it's gonna run up a bill, either for wire transfer or express postage.
What i'd like to know is Branch code + SWIFT + acct no. = DEKIRU?

but what you got should be enough to get your money transferred anyway if the card thing dont work.
often the bank code and swift number are just two names for the same thing.
