What do you mean by holiday? Spring break? Or a trip away somewhere?
If it's spring break something like 春休みを楽しんで下さい would be ok. If it's a trip away then 休暇を楽しんで下さい would probably be ok too.

Yeah, I'm not 100%, but I just found out about it on the internet today, so I thought I'd mention it. There is definitely some sort of stylistic rule on the use of kanji in kudasai, though, and that one seems to make sense. I intend to google it some more later...
