It's 後置修飾--"modifier put on the end". What you've written is "back end job hunting."

In normal English jargon, they're relative clauses and participial phrases. The Japanese term lumps the two groups together, and contrasts with 前置修飾--"modifier put in the front"--which all Japanese modifiers are. It's another fine example of English getting taught like it's Japanese.

The who is not modify a word; it is part of a relative clause, thus making it a complicated sentence.

It does seem like that should mean something. Something dirty.

Well, りき means strength. But I was asking a Japanese person who has pretty good grasp of English... and told me first 「呼吸できない」, and then she said that 力できない also works....

Do you mean 「息できない」? Iki instead of riki?

The woman I was chatting with sometimes makes simple mistakes (she's a Chinese woman who moved to Japan ten years back) as many native Japanese do, and yours does sound a little more correct. I'll double-check it tomorrow.
