    Default How's the weather?

It's boring, that's how the weather is.
And the day and the date for that matter.

However, my teachers insist that we begin class by asking these mundane questions.

Can anyone help me spice this up? I've begun doing past and future days with 2nd and 3rd year students (i.e. What day was it yesterday? How will the weather be tomorrow?)

Please help, I'm drowning in a sea of BORING!

How about getting them to play criss cross and using the questions in the game? I spice it up by saying "today is ____day! What day is it tomorrow" etc. I like using words that they haven't learnt to get them to use their brains a bit.
