Default Am I screwed if my sent form lacked an ID number?

Apparently the ID number only appeared after electronic submission. I suppose I got the order wrong. Will I be disqualified for this? It was really not made that clear to me previously.

Apparently the number never appeared for some people who DID print at the right time. As long as the pdf is the same as the final one, I'm guessing you are okay.

Mine didn't have an ID either, so I emailed the embassy and asked. They said that there are a lot of people without an ID, so it's fine to send it in as is. I'm guessing that they'll assign you a number themselves.

What's this about an ID number? Anything applicable to us Brits?

Doubt it. I got nothing I was told to send.

    Is not applicable to us.

Oh really? I saw "applicant number #xxxx" (obviously some numbers I've since forgotten) when I printed my PDF so I added that to my SOP. But as others have said I doubt it really matters. I'd like to imagine the JET Desk are clever enough to put two and two together and realise whose application belongs to who.

Seconding muffles. It's only really needed when sending emails after you app has been sent in. i.e if you are enquiring about CRB stuff or a mistake in your name/contact details on the app.
