Default Why/Because game or activity ideas please!

Does anyone have an awesome game/activity idea for why and because? It's their first lesson on it so basically anything where they have to create their own sentences will just get blank stares. I have an "interview game" sheet prepared but I just hate that crap so damn much - if someone has something awesome to share, please do!

Maybe How to teach “because” | Genki English

Its a big maybe but it might give you some ideas.

Also a group sentence scramble might work. Here is one i think i did for this or another similar grammar point.

Make sentence fragments like the ones below.

    Ichiro plays baseball
    Maeda is in in AKB
    Hitler is a Nazi

    because he hates the jews.
    because she dances well.
    because he plays baseball well.

Then cut them out on little pieces of paper and drop them all in a giant pile at the front of the room .

Give each group a set of chop sticks and set the timer for 10 minutes or so.

One person from each group comes up and picks a sentences fragment from the pile with chops sticks and brings it back to the group. They continue doing this on a rotating basis. At their groups the other students try and arrange the fragments so they make sense.

Once the timer is done ask why questions for each sentences and calculate the score.

Teacher: Why is Hitler a Nazi?
Student: He is a nazi because he hates Jews.

Now every team with that sentence gets one point.
