    Default National dress/ethnic clothing lesson

Hi! I've just been asked to teach a lesson to JHS san nensei on national dress/ethnic clothing.
So far I'm going to split the class into groups of 3, give them each a map with 10 countries marked, then show them the national dress of each and have them match it to the country. Then probably a vote on which dress is most popular, least popular, ask them why etc.

Does anyone out there have any other ideas? It'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Sure, find another set of photos that show REGULAR clothes too and ask them which is more often worn?

Ie: find a picture of an indian for canada, a guy dressed up like a lumber jack, and an emo. Then ask them, which is more common. Blow their minds when you say emo :P
