Default Good activity for meeting Eikaiwa for first Eikaiwa class

I have my first Eikaiwa class today and I am not sure the students level, so I am not sure about what to do. I need an activity which is fun and allows me to gauge their level.

    I am currently thinking......

    1. Short self introduction for myself
    2. Have everyone say their name and maybe one or two things
    3. Self intro dialogue. Starts with reading, then goes into reading with blanks, then translating from Japanese, then free form conversation. (JTE does these a lot and it works well with different levels).
    4. One Lie two truths game.
    5. End with conversation with what they want to learn.

For the first time, I'd just bring a couple of things to talk about and guide their conversation to judge their levels (as long as you are focusing on conversation.) Talk about the news, things they like, where they want to go etc. Drop harder and harder vocab/speed your speaking rate up to natural speed gradually. Ask them questions and have them ask you questions.

Party/Ice breaker games work OK as well.
