    Default Changing return ticket?

So let's say I asked my BOE to send me to New York because I was banking on a certain program ... only to find out that I wasn't accepted. Plane ticket to JFK has already been issued - would it be possible to change it to my hometown on the West coast?

The paperwork for my ticket had lots of warnings about how if things change after the ticket is issued / the BoE reimburses you, the ALT has to pay for the changes. If you don't mind paying, it should be possible to change the ticket. ESID, though, especially where things like the plane tickets are involved.
    ...because Japan.

Yeah, I remember those warnings too. Just wondering if anyone had ever done it before. I'll ask my BOE and report back!
