pension refund- where is my tax office?

I'm wondering, how does one find out your local tax office for appointing a representative for the second part of the pension refund?
Is it your city hall, your prefecture or some big central Tokyo office?

It's usually in your city / town, depending on how big the place is. Your school office can probably help, as they likely deal with taxes through the same office unless all your teachers live at the other end of the prefecture.

Nope, not always the city hall. Remember, you're dealing with national taxes and pension, not local. It might be the same building, but it's likely to be a separate office.
