    Default Stupid questions about Japan

So I'm travelling to Hong Kong tomorrow. Does my Jet Insurance cover international travel, so should I buy some traveller's insurance? Thanks.

It covers stuff abroad, but you have to pay up front and get it reimbursed.

Great place to visit, give Lamma island a go while you're there. Expat districts can be full of fairly repulsive characters (snapping fingers and barking orders in English at locals, demanding forks for their noodles etc) but you're never far away from something much more interesting.

Thanks for the recommendation. Lamma Island looks pretty cool. Regarding the expat district, I find that kind of conduct to be pretty reprehensible, but I have to admit that I am pretty interested in checking those out as well. At the very least, I want to go to a pub to get a breakfast at least one morning.

I am interested in seeing the shopping districts, seeing the view from the top of the mountain and now I want to see Lamma Island.

I know this wouldn't appeal to most of you, but I am actually pretty interested to see what Easter Mass will be like there too.

You should be able to get a full English / American breakfast and your end away no bother in the expat dives. No guarantees on quality of either though.

If it's pancakes and maple syrup and the like you're after you're seriously better off just getting it in some big plastic mall or department store. Will taste better and there's no chance of you waking up 3 days later with your wallet and passport gone.

Yeah, there are no guarantees. I'm pretty excited either way. The local cuisine is supposed to be pretty delicious, so I assume that I will be mostly eating that.
