HTM is looking for a Finance and Administration Process Designer

Hi everyone! I joined HTM after I finished my JET contract in July 2013. They were flexible and conducted my interviews on skype.
Now that I've been working here for 1.5 years, I've been promoted from a Marketing Specialist to a Marketing Manager.
There are currently three ex-JETs working in my company.
I know it can be hard to start a career in Japan after JET - don't give up! I hope that HTM could be a good fit for you.

HTM is a growing multicultural company that provides finance and administration services to foreign companies in Japan.
We have 160 clients, and an international team of 60 people from 12 countries.
We're a learning organisation looking for people who want to develop their personal and technical skills in an international environment.

We're currently looking for a Finance and Administration Process Designer.
This position is suitable for someone with a degree or background in business, engineering or design.
