List of Interview Questions

When I was applying to JET in 2012 I found a list of interview questions either here or on the old JET forums. My friend has her interview coming up and now I'm looking for that list again. Does anyone have a compilation of all the questions people have asked and posted here?

I don't think there's any one thread with questions. And really I'm not sure what good it would be to have one. But there's quite a few interview advice threads.

When I interviewed it was really nice to have the list because I did mock interviews with my friends and my Japanese teacher. It helped me think about my answers ahead of time.
