    It was a reference to a Jay-Z song that was popular 5 years ago(?), where the chorus or something was "H to the izzO, v to the izzA," meaning, Hova, as he referred to himself as the Jehova of rap.

    Yes, it's sad that I knew that, but my roommate at the time was a big fan.
