    Default Firefox and Japanese (help!)

Hi all. I love using Firefox (english version) with Rikaichan on my personal laptop. I installed Firefox on a school PC, but it is in Japanese. I tried searching online to fibnd language settings and in the about:config, but I can't figure it out.

Is there a such thing as a "Japanese version" and "English version" or is there a language setting that I just can't find?

What exactly do you need the english version for?

You just type the website address in and press enter don't you?

    2. In the Options dialog box, select “General”.
    3. On the General pane, click the “Languages...” button.
    4. In the Languages and Character Encoding dialog box, click the black down arrow to the right of “Default Character Encoding”and select an encoding.
    5. Click the “OK” button to close the Languages and Character Encoding dialog box.
