American Eagle Outfitters Ships to Japan. I used them a few times. The shipping is a bit pricey, but if you get a large shipment it sometimes ends up being cheaper than if you shipped it through a family member. It was a good way to get things like winter jackets, shoes, and other stuff if you have trouble finding stuff that will fit you. They have a pretty good clearance section.
